After that, it was out to the edges to see how the deer were accessing the major destination food sources. Going was easy since there is an ATV trail through most of the property.
After 4 hours of walking the property, my impression was that it wasn't nearly as wet as we initially thought and there were way more deer using this property than we anticipated.
In closing, this is one of the coolest properties in Clark County we have run across with all of the pieces to make this your dream property.
The seller has not hunted the property but has had hunters in the property so it's not just been left for mother nature to take over. A weekend with an ATV and stands and you will be ready to hunt this fall.
