This 40 acre Wisconsin hunting acreage is ready to use with camper, porta-privy and power. The ladder stands are in place and trails are cut throughout. Only $75 a year for taxes!

Located in the heart of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Northeast Wisconsin, this property has a nearby reliable water source with a mixture of cutover hardwoods, and fast growing pines. There’s plenty of thick cover for deer and other wildlife. Deer have laid claim to the trails throughout the property, but they are also excellent for walking, hiking or puttering around on an ATV.

Access to a real ATV/SUV trail is only about a mile ride from the property. In addition to the rec trails, this part of Wisconsin is rich with recreational opportunities for the outdoors enthusiast looking for big forests complimented by big water.
